This policy explains what personal data Schenkels HR&Tech Solutions LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We keep it short because the site itself collects very little.

1. Who is responsible for your data

We are established in Georgia. Because we offer our services to organizations and individuals in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to this processing under Article 3(2), alongside the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in two situations only.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or write to us directly, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. Nothing on the form is mandatory beyond what you choose to type. Please do not send us special categories of data (health, political opinions, trade union membership and similar) — we do not need them to answer a business enquiry.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records technical request data, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs exist to keep the site available and to defend it against abuse. We do not use them to build profiles or identify visitors.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Answering your enquiry and preparing a possible engagement
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Keeping the website secure and available
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, non-abused website. We have weighed this against your interests and consider the impact minimal, as the data is technical and short-lived.
Meeting legal and accounting obligations
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where such obligations apply to us.

We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not make automated decisions or profile you.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded social media widget and no cross-site tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain rather than a third-party network, so visiting the site does not disclose your visit to anyone else.

This is also why you see no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics or another technology that stores or reads information on your device, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this policy.

5. Who else sees your data

We use a small number of service providers, who act as our processors and may only use the data to deliver their service to us:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and content delivery. Processes server log data.
  • Web3Forms (United States) — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox. Processes the name, email address and message you submit.
  • Our email provider — receives and stores the messages you send us.

We disclose data to public authorities only where we are legally required to do so.

6. International transfers

If you are in the European Economic Area, your data leaves it. It is transferred to us in Georgia and to service providers in the United States.

The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for Georgia. We rely on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR for transfers to us: the transfer is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into one — you contacted us, and we cannot reply without receiving your message. These transfers are occasional and limited to what you choose to send. Where our providers offer standard contractual clauses, those apply in addition.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can pick up a conversation you may return to.
  • Enquiries that become client work: for the duration of the engagement and as long as statutory retention periods require afterwards.
  • Server logs: kept short-term by our hosting provider for security purposes.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict how we process it;
  • receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To exercise any of these, write to info@schenkels-hrtech.com. We answer within one month. Exercising your rights is free; we will not make it difficult for you.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the EU Member State where you live, work, or where the issue occurred. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, our national supervisory authority.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential client information or credentials through a website form.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly where we can.
